My DFL opponent and the rest of his party failed once again to get things done for the people of our district.
Instead, they pushed an amendment on the last night of the session to fund a costly new light rail plan, and ultimately killed the bipartisan compromises on transportation and tax relief. Click here to read the letter that my opponent signed, which states that he would not vote for any bonding bill unless Southwest Light Rail was also funded.
I will be an advocate in St. Paul for the citizens of Burnsville and Eagan. We need someone who will stand up for the interests of the people instead of supporting special interest groups. I will fight against big government instead of being a career politician. As a small business owner, I will work to grow the economy and create jobs.
